Re-branding

1950, in Massachusetts, first “Dunkin Donuts restaurant”was officially opened. Inspite of having restaurant tag attached on the name, they were just one of the chains offering coffee and donuts. Reason behind redesigning Dunkin, is to provide an essence of being a restaurant according to its name. This could be done by adding new dishes to the menu, by offering a casual dining space and by offering self-served coffee. Another drawback company had, was a failure in Asian countries due to the misconception of “offering just donuts according to the name” instead of much more things, which is one of the best reason for the re-design.

Logo Design

The rebrand of Dunkin' aims to connect with a younger audience and families, shattering the notion of a solely millennial-focused takeout culture. The design is modern and vibrant, emphasizing a welcoming, sit-in restaurant experience. With a playful color palette and minimalist graphics, the brand expands its focus beyond just doughnuts, engaging a broader audience. This logo encourages sharing and togetherness, turning Dunkin' into a place where cherished memories and joyful moments are created, making it more than just a meal

Doughnuts needs no explanation!
